For any event or convention that you wish to organize, the Hôtel Rimouski staff is professional and qualified, with more than 25 years’ experience in coordinating meetings, banquets and conventions.   We are your partners in the success of your event!

Our 17 meeting rooms can accommodate groups of 10 to 1,200 people in over 30,000 square feet of space set up to meet your convention needs.

  • Soundproofed meeting rooms, many of which have removable partitions and/or a view over the river.
  • Ballrooms for meetings and expos with over 13,000 square feet of available space.
  • A full range of state-of-the-art multimedia equipment is available, with appropriate technical support.

We offer full-service catering featuring regional products by our chef Martin Ashby and his superlative team of food artists.

The Hôtel Rimouski is also committed to protecting the environment, and in this is guided by its environmental program, as defined in an internal policy covering all the Hotel’s activities.

We have been certified “Four Green Keys” since 2010 by the Hotel Association of Canada and were awarded the “Ici on recycle, niveau 2” (Here we Recycle – Level 2) by the Québec government for our environmentally responsible actions.
